Ajax-trainer Marco van Basten start vanavond in het UEFA Cup-duel tegen Aston Villa met dezelfde spelers als tegen FC Groningen, afgelopen weekend. 

Bij de Amsterdammers zit Dario Cvitanich weer op de bank. De Argentijn is hersteld van een hamstringblessure. 

Opstellingen
Aston Villa: Friedel, Young, Cuellar, Laursen, Shorey, Reo-Coker, S. Petrov, Barry, Milner, Agbonlahor, Young.

Ajax: Vermeer, Silva, Oleguer, Vermaelen, Emaneulson, Gabri, Lindgren, Vertonghen, Suarez, Huntelaar, Sarpong.
