AC Milan captain Paolo Maldini is considering retiring from the game at the end of the season.
The 38-year-old has been a key player for the Rossoneri since making his Serie A debut in 1985, but the centre-half can see the finishing line in sight.
"For the time being everything is okay," said Maldini on the club's official TV channel. "I am playing regularly and that was my aim at the start of the season. But if I was to think now about what I will do in the month of June, the idea would be to retire."
