Blackburn manager Mark Hughes feels the new Wembley will need to be something special to surpass Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.
After an absence of seven years, the FA Cup final returns to a newly-built Wembley in May, but the construction of the new national stadium has courted considerable criticism due to overspending and building problems.
"I thought the Millennium Stadium did very well for you for a number of years," said Welshman Hughes to the assembled English media. "It wouldn't have upset me too much if it had stayed there, but in fairness it's going to have to be a hell of a stadium to re-create the atmosphere of the Millennium Stadium."
