Charlton manager Alan Pardew insists it will take far more than 7million to prise Darren Bent from The Valley, having admitted the club will listen to offers for the England striker.
Pardew said a bid of 7million "isn't going to touch the sides for Darren Bent" as speculation mounts that a number of clubs, including Tottenham, are interested in acquiring the player this month.
"It sounds like his price has dropped if you're thinking 7million because 7million isn't going to touch the sides for Darren Bent," said Pardew at a press conference televised by Sky Sports News.
