Celtic captain Neil Lennon will be available for the Bank of Scotland Premier League games against Motherwell and Kilmarnock over the new year period, despite facing additional punishment to his automatic one-match ban following his red card against Falkirk.
The Irishman was sent off by referee Iain Brines moments after winning a late penalty in the 1-0 win at Celtic Park on Saturday.
The former Leicester midfielder appeared to gesture a head-butt at Bairns striker Anthony Stokes in the melee which followed Kenny Milne's foul on the 35-year-old. However, it is Lennon's behaviour following his dismissal which could lead to a further ban.
