Distin: Club must match my ambitions
Sylvain Distin will consider staying at Manchester City - but only if the club are able to match his ambitions.
The French defender is out of contract at the end of the season and, as a result, is now able to sign a pre-contract with a team of his choosing.
"I see my name being linked with many clubs. However, I have not spoken to anybody," Distin told City`s official website, www.mcfc.co.uk. "I want to stay playing in the Premiership and my preference is to stay here at Manchester City."
