Derby boss Billy Davies has had a bid for Celtic midfielder Stephen Pearson accepted by the Bank of Scotland Premier League leaders.

The Scotland international has visited Pride Park for talks with his former Motherwell manager but has other options to consider.

Hoops boss Gordon Strachan earlier this week revealed that three clubs had initiated formal bids for the 24-year-old.
