Alex McLeish has been "very flattered" by suggestions he could become Scotland's new manager but the former Rangers boss believes his next job is likely to be at a club rather than with his country.
McLeish, 47, bossed both Motherwell and Hibernian before taking the Ibrox job in 2001.
He left Ibrox at the end of last season and is eager to get back to work. McLeish told BBC1 Scotland: "I hope to still see my future in club football at the moment, but I'm very flattered to be linked with the (Scotland) job."
