Barcelona are close to signing Chelsea striker Eidur Gudjohnsen, according to reports in Spain.
The 27-year-old will reportedly join the European Cup holders for around 8million and will sign a three-year contract.
Gudjohnsen has become surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge after the Premiership champions signed Andriy Shevchenko from AC Milan for 31million this summer.
