O'Leary "Lower your expectations"
Aston Villa manager David O'leary has urged the fans to show some realism to Aston Villa's Premiership hopes.
O'Leary believes the club's current financial staus was clear for all to see and is sick of answering questions about the lack of signing during the January transfer window, the lack of transfer funds were easily seen as Aston Villa were even unable to keep Leeds United midfielder Eirik Bakke on loan until the end of the season.
"I get people saying to me 'why haven't we bought player A or player B because we are Aston Villa?" I don't know what to say back," said O'Leary
"Our budget is for the top half of The Premiership and for the last two season's that's what we have done and that's what i want to achieve again this year."
