Snowstorms strike again

This weekend's football has suffered a heavy blow, the weather has turned nasty and some, if not most games will be called off this weekend.

Already Preston's game against Ipswich has been called off due to a frozen pitch. In League One, Bradford's game with Blackpool has been called off, as has Swindon's against Tranmere. Also suffering the fate are Rotherham versus Oldham and MK Dons against Port Vale.

Scunthorpe and Walsall's grounds are to have inspections at 10am tomorrow morning to decide if they have become a victim of the weather aswell.

In Scotland Brechin and Stranraer's games have been called off, as have Peterhead's, Ayr's, Albion's, East Stirling's and Elgin's.
