Djibril Cisse was on Wednesday night ruled out of the World Cup after fracturing his right tibia in the international friendly France against China in St. Etienne. Cisse collapsed in agony after colliding with China captain Zhi Zheng in the 11th minute of a match Les Bleus eventually won 3-1.
