Kelly signs for Birmingham

Stephen Kelly's switch from Tottenham Hotspur to Birmingham City has finally gone through. The two clubs have agreed a fee of STG 750,000 for the Republic of Ireland full-back, although that figure could rise to STG 1.25 million depending on appearances and results. Kelly had been linked with Steve Bruce's side since the January transfer window.
