Celtic midfielder Stilian Petrov is reportedly a target for Everton manager David Moyes and he may stay in Scotland and snap up Hearts defender Andy Webster. Both Petrov and Webster have made it clear that they see their futures away from their respective clubs and Moyes has cash to burn as he rebuilds his Toffees squad.
