Andriy Shevchenko is to let Milan president Adriano Galliani know what his intentions are when the two meet on Thursday afternoon. Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho will anxiously listen for news from the head-to-head, as it seems probable that the Ukraine ace will switch to Stamford Bridge should he decide that the San Siro is not where he wants to be. Milan have offered the 29-year-old an extension to his present deal which would keep him tied to them until 2011. But earlier this month, Shevchenko told the Serie A giants that he wanted to depart.
