Keane has press conference
Roy Keane was introduced to the media today. This was the first time that Keane talked about his new position with the North East Club. Niall Quinn stated that Keane, will be allowed a considerable time to turn the fortunes of the club around after a very poor start to the campaign so far. Roy ,stated also that Brain Kidd, is still welcome to join his staff at the stadium of light but it is understood that Kidd has family matters to worry about. Keane seemed very honest and open during the press conference and he confessed that he was 'knackered' after a hectic few days. While furthermore stating that Sunderland is a big club, furthermore Keane stated that he will be looking to sign new players over the next few days.
