No offers for Tevez - Corinthians
Brazilian club Corinthians have released a statement denying suggestions they are negotiating the sale of Argentina striker Carlos Tevez to Manchester United.
Tevez is rumoured to be unhappy at the Sao Paulo-based strugglers - he recently had an altercation with supporters - and has been mentioned as a possible replacement at Old Trafford for Ruud van Nistelrooy, who has joined Real Madrid.
But the stement siad: "Corinthians and Media Sports Investments (MSI) wish to state that the rumours about the sale of Carlos Tevez to Manchester United are not correct. MSI have never received an offer or had any contact from the English team about the forward."
