Dutch club Willem II are understood to be keen on Republic of Ireland U19 captain John Paul Kelly.
The Bohemians starlet has been linked with a number of English clubs and Liverpool have a definite interest in his immediate future, but the Anfield giants' complex involvement is due to expire in two months.
November will be a key month in determining Kelly's future as his Bohs contract also expires then and he will become a free agent.
Willem II are monitoring the situation and the Tilburg club could be ready to act after sending a representative to Dalymount Park to watch the youngster in action against Drogheda United recently.
