Redknapp worked 'miracle' - Lampard

Frank Lampard claims Harry Redknapp is a miracle worker for transforming Portsmouth from relegation fodder into European dreamers.

Pompey looked doomed for the drop when Redknapp returned to Fratton Park last December but they visit Chelsea on Saturday in fourth place and only three points behind the Barclays Premiership champions.

Lampard said: "Portsmouth are playing well and I think they are a good team. But Harry will always create a spirit and create a team like he's done there. To take them from the team they were last year to the situation there now is basically a miracle, there's no doubt about that. He's done what Harry does best."
