Newcastle manager Glen Roeder, is under severe pressure to produce a win tonight for the Toon. A large demonstration was held by many Newcastle fans following their home defeat last weekend. 

The defeat against Shefield United caused mayhem within St James Park and the United faithful will only accept a victory tonight. If the result is not what is expected it does look likely that Glen Roeder will be released from his position with immediate effect. However Irish international Damien Duff, insists that the players are the only people to blame for the demise of Newcastle United this season.
