Barcelona striker Javier Saviola is set to leave the club on a permanent deal, Saviola had been on loan with Uefa cup winners Sevilla for the last season and with Monaco for the season before that appears to be out of favour at Barcelona. The Argentinian has been linked with many clubs including Newcastle, Bolton and Greek team Panathinaikos,  today Racing Santander have also expressed an interest for the player.
