Wolves have signed Blackburn striker Jemal Johnson on a two-year deal, for an undisclosed fee.

The 21-year-old impressed Molineux boss Mick McCarthy when playing in a 2-0 training ground friendly victory over Northampton at Compton this week.

Meanwhile, midfielder Darren Potter has completed a medical prior to joining Wolves on a season-long loan from Liverpool.
