Owen Hargreaves wants to leave Bayern Munich. The midfielder received a number of offers and is hoping to join a club in the Premier League this season. Manchester United is rumoured to be one of the clubs who has made the 25-year-old an offer.
Bayern Munich wants 25 million euro for Hargreaves as he has a contract running until the end of 2010. All Hargreaves eyes is a switch to the Premier League though: "It would be a dream come true to play in the Premier League," he said. "It would be great if Bayern would offer me that opportunity."
"I received a few great offers. You never know if you will receive such an offer again. I hope to make the next step this summer and improve my qualities so I truly hope Bayern will cooperate."
But Bayern-coach Felix Magath isn't going to be easy on him. "I won't let players leave our team, especially not someone like Hargreaves."
