Gunners chief appointed to G14 post

Arsenal's David Dein has been chosen as the new chairman of the G14 group of elite European clubs.
Gunners vice-chairman Dein has accepted the position and will take it up immediately, subject to the approval of the Arsenal board.
He will be part of a new management committee, elected by the G14 assembly on behalf of its 18 clubs whose British members include Manchester United and Liverpool, as well as Arsenal.
